Members of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists are being asked to submit their favourite recipe for a Livery cookbook which will raise funds for the WCIT Charity.
Whether it’s a beloved family recipe or a twist on a Gordon Ramsay dish, all members are invited to send in their submissions. The cookbook will be wide-ranging, and will include starters, mains, desserts and even cocktails.
Members can submit as many recipes as they wish, and photographs of the finished products are highly desirable. Please email all submissions to serena.chaudhry@member.wcit.org.uk by June 12, 2023. Remember to include the recipe name, ingredients and cooking method, as well as a short description of the recipe’s origins or why it is a favourite dish.
